Frequently asked questions

RETURNS/REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED due to everything being custom made.

You have ONE exchange opportunity within three months (90 days) of receiving your order given that you are not satisfied with your order. After this point I cannot take custom items back.

If you have an issue with sizing you are entitled to adjustments to the fit per my repairs policy.

Please email FUNKTIONSOFNATURE@GMAIL.COM to initiate repairs, adjustments or exchanges.

(Buyer pays return shipping, I will cover the shipping upon the finalization of the fixing.)

Orders take an average 2 months from purchase including time for:

- custom fabric fulfillment

- cut and sew production

- quality checks

- processing and shipping

At most your order can take 6 months. Creator will be in contact in the RARE circumstance of inordinate timelines.

Patterns: 95% organic cotton, 5% spandex

Hemp/Bamboo: 65% Bamboo Viscose, 30% Hemp, 5% Spandex

Bamboo Fleece: 66% Bamboo Viscose, 28% Orange Cotton, 6% Spandex

Cotton Solids: 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex

Hemp Cotton (Fairy Legs): 53% Hemp, 44% Organic Cotton, 3% Spandex

Swimwear - three fabrics

(Pattern): 88% polyester, 12% Lycra

(Solid lining): 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex

(Lurex glitter): 76% Nylon, 14% Spandex, 10% Lurex

All patterns are my original artwork digitally adapted to be custom printed through print-to-order services. My designs are exclusive to my work and are not sold for usage elsewhere.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Expedited shipping options available, email or use the contact form to arrange if the option is not present at checkout.

Yes! A $50 rush fee gives your order priority and jumps to the top of my list. Customers must communicate travel dates, event date and shipping specifics when utilizing rush fees!

One applicable per order (subject to multiple items per order).

Rush fees CAN be denied at any time if my order load does not allow me to take on any more at any given time.

All MTO is customizable, but I DO take from scratch customs outside of my usual offerings.

Lifetime Repairs

Can take up to 3 months max.

I have prioritized fire safe fibers since 2021. You will find my 95% cotton/5% spandex as a great option for performance fits.
